The front door opens to a large living room. The main space has a comfortable sofa and faces the traditional Ottoman enclosed balcony offering an incredible view of the island from cushioned comfort. To one side, two traditional cushioned daybeds surround the traditional fireplace in a cosy nook. A cloakroom and half bathroom are to the left of the entrance.
French doors open to the wrap around bamboo covered terrace providing all day shade for those important coffee breaks overlooking the sea below. The infinity pool is surrounded by banks of French lavender and established planting with laden plum trees to the far end, all beautifully lit at night. There are six loungers – arguably the most comfortable loungers ever designed. An outdoor traditional wood firing oven and open grill complete the exceptional outdoor ‘all you could ever need’ holiday.
Leading from the terrace, through French doors, is the kitchen which is stocked with all the amenities you could wish for: dishwasher, oven, induction hob encased within a traditional oven design, toaster, kettle, the all important Nespresso and Aeropress. The enormous fridge and freezer is a landmark all of its own.
Upstairs is a half mezzanine with a television. The roof is a traditional design made of sweet cherry. Throughout the house, there are exquisite design touches, whether through lighting or materials used.
Downstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom with super-king bed is incredibly spacious with an open bath and shower room and closed loo. There is a walk in dressing room with plenty of shelves and hanging space.
There are two further bedrooms both either twin rooms or super king. Both rooms have doors opening to the terrace outside and overlook the Aegean. Both have built in wardrobes. One has a ensuite with shower over the half sunken bath. The other has its own large shower room across the hall.
There is a laundry room with a large washing machine.
Outside is a fourth bedroom with its own private entrance. The bedroom can be a twin or a double bed and benefits from its own ensuite shower and half bathroom.
